What is TikTok Shop's standard referral fee?

TikTok Shop charges a referral fee on each completed order. The standard rate is 6% of the qualified fee base (customer payment + platform discount − tax). New sellers or promotional campaigns may qualify for a reduced 3% rate.

What is the refund administration fee?

When a buyer receives a refund, TikTok Shop may retain a refund admin fee equal to 20% of the referral fee on that order, capped at $5 per refunded order/SKU.
