Why are there two Premium break-even numbers?
A new seller compares Premium against starting with Basic, so the incremental cost is $30.95. An upgrade scenario treats the earlier $29 Basic fee as sunk, so the Premium payback uses the full $59.95 annual fee.
Does this include taxes or cart complexity?
