💳 Rolling Reserve Cashflow Calculator
Estimate how much cash a rolling reserve withholds, when releases start, what balance stays locked at steady state, and how reserve drag changes your monthly cash position.
This model treats reserve holds as temporary working-capital locks, not permanent fees. It assumes flat monthly volume across the analysis period.

How to read this
Current month cash after reserve shows the month-one payout effect before reserve releases begin. Steady-state monthly cash assumes monthly reserve releases offset new withholds after the hold period is fully stacked.
Ending reserve balance is the amount still locked by the end of the selected analysis window. Annual financing cost at steady state prices the opportunity cost of having that reserve balance tied up.
Use this as a planning model for merchants, creators, SaaS operators, and marketplace sellers facing Stripe/PayPal/high-risk processor or platform reserve holds.
